About the Upatoi Polo Cup

The Upatoi Polo Cup is a family-oriented event designed to help raise funds for programs that benefit over 2,500 children participating in our local Boys & Girls Clubs annually. Guests enjoy an afternoon of exciting polo matches, brunch foods, live music, a half-time show, and children's activities.

Hosted by BGCCV Board Member and polo enthusiast Mr. John Flournoy, the annual Upatoi Polo Cup has benefited Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley for the last 19 years. Mr. Flournoy has held this event for over 45 years at his personal residence, Flournoy Farms, and has been a part of the BGCCV mission for over 50 years.

Returning this year, the event will host the Little CHEF - Big CHEF Brunch Competition, showcasing BGCCV's Workforce Development efforts. Club kids will team up with professional chefs to experience life in a professional kitchen, mentorship in culinary skills, and showcase their culinary creations at the event.
